Did You Know? AcuGraph Lets You Show Patient Pictures in the Patient List 5/5 (55)

AcuGraph 5 now helps you build a more personal relationship with your patient. We have built in a fabulous feature which helps you capture and save patient pictures, so you can easily find your patients and remember faces with the names. This can make all the difference in the world when it comes to really connecting with your patient.

Do you ever forget the name of your patient? Or better yet, you have the name, but you can’t remember anything about the patient? It happens ALL THE TIME! This can happen when the patient calls you on the phone and starts a friendly conversation about their last treatment, and for the life of you, you have no idea who you are talking to. And, you know this is true…. Sometimes your schedule is so crazy busy, you can’t even remember who is on the treatment table in the next room.

YIKES! Those situations can be frustrating (and embarrassing)!

So, how do I avoid that?

Personalized patient identification is the answer. If you’re in the habit of capturing patient images, with just one click you can activate the patient pictures in the patient list. Here’s how to do that:

  1. While looking at the patient list, simply click on the button at the top to switch to activate the pictures.Turn on Patient Pictures in AcuGraph

All I see are icons, how do I add pictures?

AcuGraph 5 makes this super easy. To do it, simply click on a patient in the patient list to view the overview screen. In the top left portion of the screen is the patient image. Simply drag and drop an image there, or click on the little camera icon to take a picture of the patient with an attached webcam.

Add Patient Picture Here

Once the image is added here, it will automatically show up in the patient list if you have the patient pictures showing.

As you can see, the Patient Pictures in AcuGraph 5 are really easy to use and really help give the software a personal touch.

If you’re not using these pictures yet, try it with the very next patient you see. You’ll probably find it’s really cool and worth doing for all your patients.

This is just one more way AcuGraph is making your life a little easier and your practice life a little better.
