Does Acupuncture for Weight Loss Work? 5/5 (43)

TRUTH: I am an acupuncturist and sometimes I use this protocol on myself. When I am feeling like I want to eat EVERYTHING in sight, I have to have a little talk with myself and say NOOOO!!

One day it dawned on me that if I were my own patient, I would do the appetite control protocol on ME.

It’s a little difficult doing auriculotherapy on yourself, but sometimes I’m so busy treating patients I don’t have time to make a personal acupuncture appointment for myself–so I figured out a way.

I use Auriculo 360 to remind me which points I want to treat. Then, I use the Stimplus Pro for treatment. Luckily, the Stimplus Pro tells me when I’m on the right point! A girl’s gotta do what a girl gotta do, right???

I have lost 67 pounds since the beginning of the year.

Of course, it takes a lot more than an ear treatment to lose weight; BUT it sure helps me get back in control when I’m having a craving. Sometimes I do a treatment just to jump start my day.

Patients I treat for weight loss claim they have better results than their friends who are doing the same weight loss program. Why? Because they combine acupuncture with their weight loss program.

Yep–Acupuncture really is a great tool to help you succeed in your weight loss program.

What do you think? Have you had good success with Acupuncture for Weight Loss? Ask your acupuncturist if they own Auriculo 360 and the Stimplus Pro! It helped me to lose a lot of weight, maybe it could help you too.

  1. Thank you so much I love your articles, I always learn something from them. It is a question that every body is asking “does acupuncture for weight loss work?” I am sure it does, but every body wants an instant result without doing much. Nobody want to hear that they have to change diet or there life style, come for acupuncture at least once a week. I do am auricular weight loss protocol on my patients, as well as acupuncture but so far nobody lost more then 5-10 Lb.
I would highly appreciate if you can share your protocol as well as some other suggestions which can help us to help others to loose weight
    Sincerely Marina

So, what do you think about it?
