We’ve got ‘Friends’ in Florida! 5/5 (38)

As many of you know, a couple of weeks ago, Alan and I were in Florida for the FSOMA conference. We met some really great practitioners.

I would like to introduce you to two Florida practitioners. One already owned the AcuGraph and the second had been ‘stalking us’ on the blog, for about a year, while she was deciding whether or not to buy!

#1: Jo Ann came to our booth to get graphed just for fun. She already owned the AcuGraph and had some great information to share. Click her picture below to play the video!

#2: I met Nanci at FSOMA in 2011. She was so intrigued with the AcuGraph that she stopped by our booth and was graphed TWICE last year. She and I continued to communicate throughout the year on the blog. She had the “itch” to make some changes in her clinic, but wasn’t quite ready to make the commitment at the time. This year, when she heard that we were returning to Florida for the 2012 FSOMA conference, she sent an email just to make sure that we were packing up an AcuGraph with her name on it!

Nanci sent a response to Dr. Larsen’s recent blog, entitled “Sitting on the Fence Update: It’s not Just about Money,” that I thought you would enjoy reading. Here it is:

Well, I got off the Fence Dr. Adrian!!!!!!!! Yes I finally broke down and bought your equipment. I now have my new ear chart, the new acupuncture ‘Man’ chart, Points PC, Auriculo 3D and now the ACUGRAPH! I pestered both Kimberly and Alan at the FSOMA convention in Tampa, FL and they were great at doing what they were sent to do–work and sell! Alan gave me advice for managing my practice, and I will follow up with his words of wisdom. I hope to continue to pick his brain. I’m excited to begin utilizing the AcuGraph to make more money in my clinic by investing in the tools of my trade. But, I just wanted to tell you that you are right. It is NOT just about the money. I also volunteer and donate time to Acupuncture Without Borders.

Thanks to you and your team for keeping me on your mailing list, even though I have been slow to slide off of the fence–with a few slivers to prove it! I finally made the decision to purchase the AcuGraph when you sent out memo #6, which talked about using the PIE score or graph to assist others in seeing “the proof in the pudding” for the acupuncture treatments. I will continue to keep your team in my mind as I learn/explore the new and improved ways to use the technology that you have aptly worked so hard to give our profession. Thank you!

I love getting to know our practitioners. Hopefully, that experience of S-L-O-W-L-Y sliding off that fence wasn’t too painful for Nanci!

And finally, I would like to offer a special thank you to FSOMA for hosting such a great symposium. You guys really put on a great party! We are already planning on coming back again next year.

Have a great week and I’ll see you on Facebook!
