How to Create a Steady Stream of Profitable Wellness Patients 5/5 (44)

Have you been following us on Facebook?

Facebook-likeIf so, you know I’ve been pretty busy lately, traveling to acupuncture shows and conventions!  (If not, what are you waiting for? Click here and LIKE our page!)

Lately…. Who am I kidding?

My schedule is actually packed all the way to the end of the year and beyond—especially when you add the demands of my FAMILY into the mix: 9 kids, 15 grandbabies, an anniversary get-away, and a daughter getting married this summer!

Sometimes, sneaking away to an acupuncture convention is actually a BREAK for me!

True story:

At my last show, the hotel management asked me if I would like to forfeit housekeeping since I would only be staying 3 nights. I looked at the lady and said: “Are you crazy? I’m looking forward to having someone come into my room EVERY SINGLE DAY to make my bed, clean my bathroom and leave fresh towels!” Once I explained how many kids I had, she laughed and said I could have room service TWICE a day if I wanted!

Canadian AcupuncturistsHonestly, I love going to the shows to meet the practitioners face-to-face. There’s nothing like having acupuncturists catch me in the hotel lobby or in the elevator and say:

“Kimberly, we finally get to meet! I’ve been following your blogs for years!”

It’s also awesome to meet up with OLD friends. AcuGraph owners come back to the booth year-after-year to share clinical experience.

It’s really fun to watch seasoned AcuGraph owners literally take over my job at the show. It is not uncommon to have 10 people standing around to watch a demo and have current owners chime in on their clinical success.

It’s fun having friends all over the world!

Even though I’ll be traveling a lot this year, there is no way for me to meet each of you face to face, but I want you to know that I still consider you my friend. I would LOVE to run into you at a show and have lunch.

This year I have a special gift I’m sending out to everyone I meet at a show. Because we are friends, I want you to receive this gift as well.

This article has NOT been published, YOU are the first to receive it!

It’s a gift from the heart.

• Years of clinical experience led to its creation.
• If we could sit and chat over lunch, this is what I would share with you.
• It helped me increase my income by more than $25K in one year.
• It’s FREE!

I hope you enjoy your gift. Let me know your thoughts. This system has worked so well for me, I had to hire a second acupuncturist! It’s too valuable not to share.

Your FRIEND,

  1. Hey Kimberly, I have a couple of questions about your approach. Do you have your patients sign an agreement or some type of commitment before you schedule them for the six treatments? Do they pay up front? Also, where can I find those musculotendino and internal pathway charts?

    1. Hello Dr. Jerry,

I do not have my patients sign an agreement. I also don’t have them pay ahead of time. They pay as they go. I do know practitioners who offer a discount for multiple visits though. I haven’t moved that direction.

You noticed those muscuculoskeletal and internal charts did ya? 😉 I’ll be honest. I’m working with the beta system of AcuGraph 5, which is coming soon. Don’t ask when, because I can’t tell you. BUT–they will be in our newest version of AcuGraph (along with a bunch of other cool stuff). I’m pretty sure more information will be coming very soon.

I snuck those pictures into the report, even though none of you have them yet. (Maybe that’s because I”m bursting with excitement and want to tell the whole world about AcuGraph 5, but I can’t yet…!!!)

      Soon, I promise!

      ~Kimberly

So, what do you think about it?
