We ask every customer, and you’d be surprised at the range of responses we get to a simple question.
“What kind of computer do you have?”
The responses range from “A blue one!” all the way to a complete system description. It just goes to show that not all of us are computer experts.
But you don’t have to be an expert to use AcuGraph. If you can point and click, you can not only use AcuGraph, you can also easily install it!
AcuGraph comes with a simple, illustrated installation guide that literally shows you every button to click, and every step to take for a successful installation. As I like to tell customers, “Don’t worry. We tested it on my mother, and if she can do it, you can too!”
But suppose you do run into a problem installing your AcuGraph system–or have trouble using it after it’s installed. No problem! Just give a quick call to our free technical support line, where a human being–not a computer voice–will answer your call and solve your problem right away.
Not good with computers? Not to worry. With your permission, we can even remotely log into your system and fix it while you watch.
It’s all part of our free lifetime support service–our commitment to serving you, our customer.

Next year will be the 30th year of my active practice. I am grateful for the opportunity to help clients through the use of Acugraph. It is an excellent design with a very friendly user interface.I encourage anyone truly devoted to intelligent patient care to discover all Acugraph offers. Pattern discrimination, treatment plans, point recommendation, and herbal constituents are addressed on several levels. Thank you for an intuitive and well conceived instrument.–Dr. Charles Metzker DC/L.Ac Dipl. NCCAOM

I’m very interested in the accugraph for my practice.
Can you tell me if the probe is readily affected by varying conditions of skin conductivity that may affect the consistency of the exam and also are the readings susceptible to varying amounts of pressure on the probe?
Hello Mark,
Skin conditions such as open wounds or scratches and extreme temperature variations can effect electrical resistance readings in the exam. Also, extreme variations of pressure on the probe can alter an exam. We teach practitioners to use consistent pressure when graphing, and to become aware of temperature and skin conditions. Consistency is the key to getting good graphing results, and we find that about 5-10 practice exams are sufficient to develop the necessary skills to obtain consistent results.
I have found that temperature conditions are easily remedied by having the patient take off their shoes as soon as they arrive for treatment. If patients are extremely hot and sweaty upon arrival, I offer them a cool drink and have them relax a little before graphing them. Our user manual and training DVD are a great resource for understanding conditions which may cause variations.
