I share a reception area with several other medical practitioners, so we get a lot of traffic flow. Not everyone that comes through the reception area is there for acupuncture. Like I said\u2026 I love talking about acupuncture. The problem for me is that too much random chitchatting in the lobby throws me off schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Putting my personalized brochures in the lobby has helped tremendously. Now, instead of answering random questions about whether or not acupuncture “really works” and discussing the many types of services I offer\u2014I give a quick, friendly smile and introduction, then I hand them one of my informational brochures.<\/strong> They take care of the patient education for me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
