To do so, open your AcuGraph 5 software. A prompt should automatically appear encouraging you to update the latest version of AcuGraph 5. We&#8217;ll start by going into our patient list, selecting Robin Hood as our patient and then opening his file. Click on Robin Hood&#8217;s most recent treatment plan, and it will open in the<em> treatment plan viewer. <\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.miridiatech.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-19-at-1.43.12-PM-1024x640.png\" alt=\"Adding a Treatment Plan Note\" class=\"wp-image-23067\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.miridiatech.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-19-at-1.43.12-PM-1024x640.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.miridiatech.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-19-at-1.43.12-PM-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/www.miridiatech.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-19-at-1.43.12-PM-768x480.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>The viewer has always been an excellent resource\u2014allowing you to see the points used in a given treatment. <strong>But now, you have the added option of writing a custom note inside the plan. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can type whatever you&#8217;d like to type in the comment field. <strong>Basic formatting controls like bold and italics, color, lists and font size are available<\/strong> so that you can truly customize your note!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, we&#8217;ve added a functionality for creating <strong>treatment note templates<\/strong>, so that you can reuse your most common notes again and again as they become relevant, <em>without having to type them out more than once. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be sure to click &#8216;save&#8217; each time you write a note or create a template!
