In fact, this happens more often than I&#8217;d like to admit. And often these are talented practitioners and healers whose only problem may be they&#8217;ve never been properly taught the business side of running a practice.<\/p>\n<p>The fact is, in school we are not taught to run a business, and being a wonderful healer just isn&#8217;t enough.<\/p>\n<p>As you know, I&#8217;m a big proponent of using technology as a marketing tool to help you bring in new patients.<\/p>\n<p>But this article is NOT about doing that.<\/p>\n<p>Rather, I&#8217;d like to address an even LARGER and more IMMEDIATE source of patients for any established practice. I&#8217;m talking about the patients you already have.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whether you call them past patients, inactive patients, or just folks who haven&#8217;t been in to see you lately, statistically speaking these folks make up 79% of any acupuncture practice. <\/strong>This means that for every single patient you see this year, there are at least 4 (maybe more) who already know and trust you, but for whatever reason are not currently seeing you.<\/p>\n<p>If it ever feels like you&#8217;re only seeing 20% of the patients you ought to be seeing&#8230;you&#8217;re right.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">So What to Do?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>My friend Jeffrey Grossman at Acupuncture Media Works wants to help you turn this situation around.
