It is much easier for me to stick with this method, and more successful in getting me to actually refocus.<\/p>\n<p>Best of all, a priority can remain, even when I make mistakes. Nothing is broken or lost.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>So if you have\u00a0to set one priority for your practice for 2015, what will\u00a0it be?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u2022 More effective billing?<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\u2022 Greater patient retention?<br \/>\n<\/span>\u2022 New office furniture?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-15280\" src=\"http:\/\/www.miridiatech.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/69-Percent.jpg\" alt=\"69 Percent\" width=\"171\" height=\"82\" \/>Well actually, I already know the answer for many, if not most of us.<\/p>\n<p>Based on survey results, I can tell you that the overwhelming majority (69%) of acupuncture practitioners\u00a0want to make gaining\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>new patients<\/strong><\/span> their top priority.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No surprise there, right?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>If new patients are your priority, how do you plan\u00a0to acquire them?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the interest of brevity, I&#8217;ll get\u00a0right to the point:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Using the<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.acugraph.com\/\">AcuGraph<\/a><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">at<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Public Health Screenings<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">is the most effective method I&#8217;ve ever seen for attracting new patients.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>How effective?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">An average of 2 new patients per hour of screening.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Translation:<\/strong>\u00a0Participate or set up a 4-hour health screening, say on a Saturday, and expect to get about 8 new patients. <strong>Not bad for\u00a0an afternoon!<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Now here&#8217;s the question.\u00a0What is a new patient worth to your practice?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Based on total expected visits and revenue, what does each patient bring to your practice over the course of a year? $500? $800? $1,200?<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re like most practitioners, the answer is somewhere between $700 and $1,500. Perhaps more. Therefore, your time spent attracting new patients is time well spent indeed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are 8 new patients worth to you?
