\"Shoulder<\/a>Shoulder Pain is SO limiting!<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

It makes everything ACHE, your neck, arm, chest and down your back. Even little tasks like putting away the groceries become a chore.<\/p>\n

The shoulder is a complex ball and socket joint that is made up of three bones: the humerus (arm bone), the scapula (shoulder blade) and the clavicle (collar bone).<\/p>\n

There are ligaments that help support the shoulder and dozens of muscular attachments that help move the shoulder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As you can imagine there are a lot of causes of shoulder pain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overhead activities, such as swimming or throwing a baseball, may cause pinching of the rotator cuff or biceps tendons. Poor sitting posture will place increased stress on the shoulder and cause pain. Proper placement of your keyboard and mouse are critical to limiting this kind of pain.\u00a0Trauma such as falls or accidents can injure the shoulder.<\/p>\n
