When I am feeling like I want to eat EVERYTHING in sight, I have to have a little talk with myself and say NOOOO!!<\/p>\n<p>One day it dawned on me that if I were my own patient, I would do the appetite control protocol on ME.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a little difficult doing auriculotherapy on yourself, but sometimes I&#8217;m so busy treating patients I don&#8217;t have time to make a personal acupuncture appointment for myself&#8211;so I figured out a way.<\/p>\n<p>I use Auriculo 360 to remind me which points I want to treat. Then, I use the Stimplus Pro for treatment. Luckily, the Stimplus Pro tells me when I&#8217;m on the right point! <strong>A girl&#8217;s gotta do what a girl gotta do, right???<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\">I have lost 67 pounds since the beginning of the year.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Of course, it takes a lot more than an ear treatment to lose weight; BUT it sure helps me get back in control when I&#8217;m having a craving.
