How can I purchase AcuGraph outside the USA? What are my payment options?
We regularly accept and ship orders internationally. We accept payment via Credit Card or Bank Wire Transfer. You can complete your order directly in our web store and receive an immediate shipping quote.

Credit Card is generally the best payment option since you can deal with a local financial institution for your payment. Alternatively, you can arrange with your bank for a direct wire transfer. If you wish to pay with wire transfer, select "Check/Money Order" during the checkout process. We will then send you bank information for the wire transfer. 

If you wish to pay over time or make installment payments, Credit Card is the best option for you as you can deal with a local financial institution for your payment terms. Likewise, you can use a bank loan to obtain the money for the wire transfer, and then arrange terms to re-pay the bank for the loan.

Do I need special acupuncture training to use AcuGraph?
AcuGraph is designed to be very easy to use, so easy even an office assistant can perform the exam. Many practitioners who have very basic acupuncture training can use the system with great results for their patients. To be eligible to purchase AcuGraph, you must be a practitioner properly licensed to see patients/clients according to your local law.

I do not live in the United States; how does support/service work?
For international customers, service and support works much the same way as it does for local customers. You may contact us by telephone during our office hours, or by email 24 hours a day. Most problems can be quickly resolved directly via email. We also have Remote Support available. This gives us the ability (with your permission) to log into your computer directly and correct problems. This is very fast and easy to do, and is available internationally.

In some areas, we have local representatives and distributors who are able to assist with service and support as well.

How much does AcuGraph cost?
